It is a practice that leads to union of the individual mind with cosmic consciousness through the flow of sounds. It is a yoga of deep inner listening. This class consists of lecture, gentle movement and a Nada Yoga experience with Syinthesis® Sound instruments. Dress for movement and bring a yoga mat and a pillow for sitting.
