Remember how calm feels in your body, emotions and mind with the combination of acupuncture and sound therapies. This is gentle work that allows for comfortable, supported rest with the richness of all-encompassing sound. With state of the art techniques in acupuncture and sound healing, you will deepen into the moment and simply ‘be’ ……… relaxing in your ‘quiet center’.

Acupuncture is optional with auricular seeds as an alternative. However, both are optional. Fee: $40. Mark your calendar for the following dates: Thursdays at 2-3:00PM and Mondays at 6:30-7:30PM.
