Directions
Enter the front doors of the Washington Building at Barnabas, 4650 N. Port Washington Rd., and ring Lee Ann's number #023 as shown on the registry (use the intercom). You will be buzzed in. You may take the passenger elevator on the left to the third floor. Or if you prefer, you may take the stairs to the second floor, take a left down a short hallway and up steep steps to the third floor.
For the group Lotus Heart Sound Journeys please arrive at least 15 minutes early to park, get to the Syinthesis® Center on the 3rd floor, check-in, and get situated in your zero gravity chair. Be sure to preregister, as the sound journeys usually sell out. Thank you!
