Heart-centered Morning Meditation

This guided meditation is meant to serve the greater good of the whole, by concentrating our group energies at the same time each day around 7 am CT (if possible). If it isn’t possible on some days, please know that through your intention to connect with the Syinthesis® community and this intentional guidance, you will gently connect with the collective sacred circle. The Special Photo displayed at the end of the video meditation version here is untouched and shows the sacred geometry of equal-armed crosses (taken by Lee Ann in 2018 at 14,000 elevation to experience the setting Sun at the NASA Observatory on Mauna Kea of the Big Island of Hawaii). The red petals around the Sun reveal equal-armed crosses were not seen by the human eye — but only upon viewing through the lens of the camera. Spirit, God, Source speaks to us in symbols ... it is clear this universal symbol of harmony, justice, balance, equality, fairness and right relationship is a key to our planet healing itself through each one of us being aligned, centered, harmonic and one. As the Sun represents the masculine principle and the Moon the feminine; I feel the petals of the Sun revealed in this photo show us the divine proportion and golden ratio of the divine masculine and feminine principle harmonized and balanced within every human being. ~ Lee Ann Dz
