Be immersed in learning the ‘how-to’ play …. the singing bowls, crystal bowls, tubular chimes, planet gongs, crystal harp, monochord, tingshas, wah-wah pipes, hand-pan, and any other instrument you request. Proper skill and technique is essential in guiding and facilitating a profound sound healing experience that is effective and transformational, whether a private session or in the group atmosphere.

Lee Ann’s Syinthesis® Alchemy, highlights the Lydian Chimes, bowls (metal and crystal), monochords, gongs, etc. with chakra work, meridians, seasonal cycles, musical intervals, harmonics to elicit synthesis of oneself and more . This workshop is open to all  interested in growing their sound healing practice and to foster the creative principle of the divine feminine within and the nature of being whole. This SOUND LAB with be mainly experiential once the techniques are taught and put into motion. Due to the nature of this workshop, it will be limited to the first ten individuals that register. If the demand exceeds ten registrants, we will open up a second section of SOUND LAB I down the road.

This experience encourages individuals in their self-healing process and awakening.  Learn the what and how of this formulaic harmonic sequence that can elicit profound internal cultivation, and encourage a soul-aligned life. Be immersed in skills and techniques to be an effective sound healing facilitator.

Some of what will be discussed is the following: continued inner work on your own spiritual path; possess enhanced mindful awareness; elevate intuitive abilities; cultivate spiritual discernment; embody a calm and peaceful disposition; walk the path of purification; cultivate a voice that is a profound instrument; embrace a perfected cadence, tone, rhythms, etc.; balance sound and silence with spoken audio and when to pause ….. Read the room with grace and ease. Embody the soul qualities of love, joy, wisdom and compassion to assist all those that step into your center circle for healing work.

Proper skill and technique is essential in guiding and facilitating a profound sound healing experience that is effective and transformational, whether a private session or in the group atmosphere. A sound healing experience is as effective as is the facilitator guiding the session.
