Vibration Healing
I believe we all agree that certain sounds and specific music makes our heart sing and our soul dance. Quite literally, the vibration of sound has a powerful effect on human consciousness. Thus vibration healing, an ancient technique of energetic healing, quiets the chatter of the mind, transforms inner chaos to calm, while soothing physical tensions. It can restore the body to its’ normal vibratory frequency.
We are all energy. And UNIVERSAL ENERGY and Life Force express through the highest vital forces – the names known by many as Qi, Prana, Ki, Holy Spirit, and more.
Life Force energies are received and stepped down, (transformed) through the subtle bodies and energy centers (chakras). Energy runs through the etheric body, (the invisible physical body) to animate the physical body, thus revitalizing the energy pathways known as meridians, acupuncture points and nadis, in conjunction with the nervous system and blood.
THE SUBTLE BODIES are composed of a progression of finer and higher frequencies of subtle matter – they interpenetrate each other and the physical body. The subtle bodies (physical, etheric, astral, mental, causal, buddhic and atmic) vitalize, nurture and form a structure for the physical body and consciousness. They act as receptors and filters of information coming to us from different sources. This filtering function means that before any vibration can reach the physical body, it must pass through one or more of the subtle fields.
When a message has energetically circulated through the system, from the subtle bodies (electromagnetic field of energy), through the chakras (energy centers), to meridians (energy pathways), riding through the nervous system and blood – it ends up in a comfortable receptor site. This message is carried by a neuro-peptide, also known as a ‘molecule of emotion’ and travels along in the stream of fluid surrounding every cell, until it finds the perfect receptor site to lock in the message (emotional code). Candace Pert, neuroscientist, clearly describes this interaction in her book “Molecules of Emotional: Why You Feel the Way You Feel”. She states that, “If receptors are the first components of the molecules of emotion, then ligands are the second. The word ligand comes from the Latin ligare “that which binds” sharing its origin with the world re li gion.”
The ligands (95% are peptides which are made up of strings of amino acids) bind selectively to its own specific receptor site, transferring the message of which it carried. The analogy typically used is to imagine a key (the neuro-peptide) locating the perfect keyhole, receptor site) – the message is transferred and locked into the receptor site.Imagine, however, two voices representing the ligand/peptide and the receptor – they strike the same note producing a vibration that rings a doorbell to open the doorway to the cell. “What happens, Dr. Pert explains, is amazing. The receptor, having received a message, transmits it from the surface of the cell deep into the cell’s interior, where the message can change the state of the cell dramatically.” So each neuro-peptide literally vibrates to its own tune and frequency, like a beautiful musical note.
How does all this relate to vibration healing? Well, music is vibration — Emotion and thought are vibration too. Sound unlocks whatever may be locked within – though the vibration must match. If we maintain integrity in thought, we can continue weaving a beautiful tapestry of resonance within the self that sings with the Universe – hand-in-hand, heart-to-heart, soul-to-soul.
Simply put – Sound vibration is transformed into vibratory energy by the eardrum and then into electrical and chemical energy. When the brain hears different melodies, it can dispatch these melodies through the neocortex to the molecules of the body. The subtle bodies must first be considered and then the entire chain of events occurs. Phenomenal – Thus vibration healing translates to healing on many levels. The plane of consciousness humanity is focusing on healing individually and globally is the emotional vehicle and plane.
If we become more aware and conscious individually, releasing any sense of attachment to what was — then we may positively impact our planet collectively and globally. ‘So may it be and help us to do our parts.
