Winter Solstice - Nourishing Soul
The crisp air of winter paves the way for us to reflect on ’21 while gearing up for ’22. This year was a culmination of unparalleled experiences, stories, revelations, and secrets. I recognize no matter how unsteady the tightrope of life may be, we all have the power within us to turn the energetic tables around and take our power back by owning our truth and knowing who we are and why we are here.
Soon Winter Solstice will be upon us, the original celebration of the birth of LIGHT. It is a time where our soul LIGHT shines forth at a higher turn of the spiral, to strengthen our love-wisdom principle. As we transform the self, we are able to send forth a positive ripple-effect into the world and assist all those in our wake. It is a luminous awakening energetic touch, guiding others to shift in their Truth of Being.
The rhythm of Winter Solstice symbolizes healing, new birth, rebirth, and creativity. It is a time where the Feminine Mysteries unfold as we purify our emotional nature into a refinement of balance and harmony. The Great Mother guides us soulfully to birth this grand aspect of love-wisdom, as we simultaneously follow Her lead to let go of anything incongruent in our evolving self. The gift of the Great Mother creates, births, transforms and guides us to heal into wholeness.
It is through Her wisdom we reclaim the full embodiment and expression of One-Self. It is Her presence and receptivity that is shown to us through life lessons specific to our soul’s mission. It is her nudge that fosters a deepening journey in us, to uncover our knowingness and beingness.
The Divine Feminine is the interconnected oneness of all creation. It is through the nature of the feminine we recognize the soul in all of life. Her energetic force expresses through SOUND vibration, the creative force behind all things. This is the spiritual mystery and magic of the Lotus Heart Sound Journey, which is based in Acoustic Feminine Wisdom. As you anchor into your Source/God/Higher Power, Nature of All Things, etc. you awaken to soul. This is self-healing in action.
This time of the year shows us the way of LIGHT, as the days are shorter and darker. It is our LIGHT WITHIN that encourages us to see the dark corners of self and enlighten our gaze to our Truth. Pythagoras, the godfather of sound medicine, discovered that his patients experienced so much more than physical healing with his sound treatments. He realized they were experiencing ‘soul adjustments’ and said they were discovering ‘their knower of truth’. As I refer to our ‘Truth of Being', it is similar to Pythagoras with his lineage of sound healers. It is the divine carrier wave of truth and pure love that supports, guides, encourages, and strengthens us to reconnect with what is sacred and essential in our self and within life. Our self-transformation yields global transformation.
It is the inner prompting of the Divine Mother in us all
which elicits unfoldment and letting go
of anything incongruent with our evolving self.
She encourages us to get clear, awaken, and heal into wholeness.May we be shown the way of pureness and truth
